The retreat venue, Arajilla, is Lord Howe's premier guest retreat and the ideal place to relax and rejvenate. Arajilla's yurt, based on the nomadic Mongols traditional home and surrounded by majestic Banyan trees, is the spiritual heart of the retreat location. From here, wooden boardwalks through the forest lead to the pristine Settlement Beach and clear blue waters.
Daily yoga classes complement the meditation, which is offered morning and evening by John Barter. John brings over twenty years of personal practice in meditation and buddhism to the retreat and shares his wisdom and experience of conscious living with you. The unique blend of retreat and recreation incorporates time for quiet reflection and meditation, as well as time to explore the island, enjoy a scenic walk, cycle, or snorkelling adventure.
