 About the booking procedure

How do I book?
Please click on "Book your place" to check the availability and select your journey. Then complete the online prompts and pay your deposit as per the online instructions.
Can Zululines organise my flights?
Zululines advise a land only price due to the wide variety of flight options available. We will advise flight details and recommend you book these online, as per the information sheet, which is accessible via the "Book your place" web page.
Can I book a twin-share room if I am travelling as a single person?
If you are travelling alone and would prefer to share, please select the twin share option. If another same sex traveller is also willing to share, you will both be eligible for twin-share prices. There is no guarantee that this will be possible, so you must be willing to pay the single supplement which is available on request.
Can I amend my itinerary?
Each Zululines journey is a fixed itinerary and changes are not possible. However, we can offer pre and post tour accommodation subject to availability. Please contact us with your requirements, we will advise if this is available and the additional costs.
When do I receive confirmation that my booking is being held?
When you submit your online booking request you will receive an email confirming that your booking has been sent to the Zululines Booking Department. Upon receipt of your online booking request and deposit, your booking will then be confirmed via email.
What happens if I cancel?
Please select your retreat carefully before booking, as per the “Terms” in the terms and conditions your deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Additional cancellation fees apply, depending on period of cancellation.
If you are unable to join the retreat, please contact us. If you have chosen to book your flights online or through your local travel agent, it is ultimately your responsibility to advise them of any changes. You may be able to claim reimbursement through your travel insurance depending upon your circumstances. Please contact your travel insurance company for further details.
Are there any discounts (for seniors’ etc.)?
No discounts for different age groups apply.
